4 Labor Day Drinks To Make At Any Get-Together
Although school starts for us around the middle of August, Labor Day will always signify the ‘end of summer’. It is our last hoorah; the end of freedom and late nights. So, each Labor Day I make sure to make drinks that all of the adults will enjoy as we gather around to relax for the last holiday before the cold weather hits us. Here are four Labor Day drinks to make at any get-together.

Summer Beer Pt: I (Labor Day Drinks #1)
What you need:
1 can (12 fluid ounces) of concentrated frozen lemonade (thawed)
12 fluid ounces of vodka
12 fluid ounces of water
12 fluid ounces can of beer
Pour the lemonade concentrate into a gallon pitcher. Fill the empty lemonade can full of vodka and pour it into the pitcher. Fill the empty lemonade container full of water and pour it into the pitcher. Finally, open the can of beer and pour it into the pitcher. Mix/stir the liquid well, pour into ice-filled glass, and serve.

What you need:
1 can (12 fluid ounces) of concentrated frozen pink lemonade (thawed)
12 fluid ounces of vodka
12 fluid ounces of water
12 fluid ounces can of beer
Poor the pink lemonade concentrate into a gallon pitcher. Fill the empty pink lemonade can full of vodka and pour it into the pitcher. Fill the empty pink lemonade container full of water and pour it into the pitcher. Finally, open the can of beer and pour it into the pitcher. Mix/stir the liquid well, pour into ice-filled glass, and serve.
Red Rooster (Labor Day Drinks #3)
What you need:
1 cup of ice
2 fluid ounces of vodka
4 fluid ounces of cranberry juice
1/2 fluid ounces of orange juice
Pour the vodka over a cup filled with ice. Pour the cranberry juice in the cup until it is about ¾ of the way full. Finish the drink off with pouring the orange juice in; serve.
Cherry Bomb (Labor Day Drinks #4)
4 fluid ounces of rum
1 liter of lime soda (Mt Dew is great for this)
4 fluid ounces of grenadine syrup
1 lime (juiced)
1 lime (sliced) *optional
4 maraschino cherries *optional
Pour the rum, lime soda, and grenadine syrup, and lime juice into a mixing glass and mix/stir well. Pour into chilled glasses or glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry (optional) and serve.
